Juggler Privacy Policy

Juggler (listed on the App Store as “Juggler: Family Assistant”) is a family scheduling assistant. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address.
• Family information you provide. Names of family members (including children), birthdays, schools, activities, and the events, tasks, and reminders you create.
• Email you share with Juggler. If you forward school or activity emails to your Juggler intake address (directly or via a mail rule you set up), or send an open email using the Juggler button in Gmail or Outlook, we process those messages to extract calendar events, tasks, and reminders.
• Voice input. If you use voice in chat, audio is captured on your request and transcribed to text.

How we use information

• To build and maintain your family's schedule and provide assistant features.
• To analyze forwarded email and surface relevant events, tasks, and reminders.
• To improve the relevance of what Juggler shows you (e.g. weekly previews).

How information is processed

To extract events and answer questions, message content and your family context are sent to our large-language-model provider (Google, via the Gemini API) solely to generate Juggler's responses. We do not allow this content to be used to train third-party models. Email bodies and AI prompts are not written to our application logs.

Email add-ons (Gmail and Outlook)

The Juggler add-ons can only read the email you have open, and only when you interact with them — they cannot browse, search, or monitor your mailbox. An email's content is transmitted to Juggler only when you tap Send to Juggler. To route your submission to your family, the Gmail add-on may share your Google account email address with Juggler via a Google-signed identity token; alternatively, you can configure a Juggler intake address, which is stored in your Google or Microsoft account's add-on settings, not on our servers.

Juggler's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure and AI providers that operate the service on our behalf (cloud hosting and the LLM provider described above), and only as needed to provide Juggler.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. Deleting your account permanently removes your family and all associated members, events, tasks, schedule data, and forwarded-email records. This cannot be undone.

Children

Juggler is intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children. Information about children is entered by the adult account holder so Juggler can help manage the family's schedule, and is used only for that purpose.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in managed cloud databases. Secrets and credentials are kept in a dedicated secret manager, never in the app.
